Unload trailer
2:00 - 3:00 Rehearsal (with all props)
3:00 - 3:20 Change into uniform
3:30 Introduction and Performance #1 (Contest)
3:45 Move backdrops off field, Performance #2 (Halftime)
4:00 Senior Horseshoe Ceremony (Non-seniors in stands)
4:30 Load Truck
5:30 - 6:00 Unload Trailer at McNeil
Uniform check-in at Band Hall
6:15 Parent Volunteers take uniforms to clean
6:20 Set up Band Hall for BOA Finals Watch Party
7:00 - 11:00 BOA Finals Watch Party
