• Early Bird Tickets  - $7 Adult, $3 Student

• All Students must bring a garment bag for uniform

7:15 am Percussion arrive at McNeil and move equipment to Maverick Field

7:45 Warm up

8:00 - 8:30 Halftime Rehearsal

8:30 Percussion + 8 wind players: move equipment to band hall

4:20 Game Day Meals

4:20 Trailer Logistics 

Loading Crew - Cages out, food, then trailer (load ponchos)

Percussion - Trailer then Food 

5:00 Uniform Checkout

5:20 Inspection 

5:30 Load Busses 

5:40 Depart for Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex

6:00 Arrive at KRAC and unload Trailer 

6:15 Winds: Enter stadium and warm up

Battery: Warm up

Guard: Stretch, warm up

6:40 Everyone in stands ready for pregame

7:00 Kickoff 

2nd quarter Warm up for halftime

Halftime Performance

3rd quarter Load front ensemble equipment

End game Load trailer, depart

10:00ish Depart for McNeil HS 

10:15ish Arrive at McNeil / Unload Trailer/ Turn in uniforms 

10:45ish Dismissed / Go Home
