Hello, McNeil Band and Guard Family!

Congratulations on your first week of the school year!

Parents: please remember to get out of your cars to check out the end of each rehearsal! We love seeing those of you who are coming and we want to see more of you each week!

This is our first and only "normal" rehearsal week for a while since we have Labor Day and two Thursday games to start the season. If that is news to you, then please add our calendar to yours. 

Now that students attend the entire school day before our after-school rehearsals, they must consume enough calories, protein, other nutrients, and water throughout the day. Please send them with a snack to eat after school to nourish them for rehearsal. The heat isn't going away soon and we need everyone taking care of themselves to prevent illness or injury. Students, come to school with a FILLED water jug to drink during the day and top it off before rehearsal.

REMINDER: All students and parents must read the Band Handbook and sign their forms. Please take care of this now if you have not already done so.
