5:45        Arrive, Load instruments, check in with section leader6:10        Inspection6:30        Depart12:30ish   Arrive at Grande Communications Stadium, unload2:05        Warm Up3:15        Prelims performance4:30        Prelims AwardsIf we advance to Finals, then there is a Finalist director meeting at 5:15. We will find out our performance time and develop a plan from there. We would not leave the stadium until around 11:00 pm, putting us back home around 5:00 am on Sunday.If we do not advance to Finals, then we will stop somewhere to eat, and then come home Saturday night.
