- 4:15 am Arrival and check in with section leader
- 4:25 Inspection
- 4:30 Load buses
- 4:35 Depart for Waco ISD Stadium
- 6:15 Arrive at stadium
- 8:30 am Prelims Performance
- 8:45 Group photo
- 9:30 Depart for Richland Mall
- 12:00ish Eat catered lunch
- 3:45ish Depart for Waco ISD Stadium
- 4:45 Prelims Announcement
Our schedule from here is undetermined until we hear the list of Finalist bands. If we advance, then we will stay until 11:15ish and then head home. If we do not, then we can stay to watch some of Finals and head back at a more decent time.Students will be on their own for purchasing dinner. It will either be at the stadium or a local fast food restaurant. Our prelims results will determine when and where we eat.Rain will potentially affect our schedule.
