GAME DAY SCHEDULE, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19

Students will have a study hall during class on THURSDAY in order to compensate for the time at the game. They must bring their stuff due on Friday to work on. They will be expected to stay busy during the entire 85 minutes of class. 7:30 am        Arrive at school7:45              Warm up/Rehearsal9:05              School starts4:20              School ends4:21              Instrument to Horseshoe/Game Day Meal in Cafeteria5:05-5:15   Uniform checkout5:25              Section Time5:35              Inspection (in cafeteria)5:45              Depart for Kelly Reeves7:00              Kick-off9:30ish         Depart for McNeil10:00ish       Arrive at McNeil, turn in uniforms, unload, GO HOME!Students should contact their rides with plenty of time for them to arrive at McNeil before we return, probably 30 minutes beforehand. Please be there ready to pick them up so that the directors can leave. The directors will stay for 30 minutes after we arrive. This is more than enough time for every student to get picked up.
